The rep for the I Am Legend’ star slammed these rumors on Tuesday, Nov. 15. “This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unambiguously false,” said the rep. As far as Duane Martin is concerned, TMZ reported that sources close to him have stated he does not plan to respond to the sexual allegations. The source reportedly called the allegations “so ridiculous.“
TMZ was also the first to report, via a source, that Will was considering legal action. Jada Pinkett-Smith blatantly stated that legal action was in the works on “The Breakfast Club” on Wednesday, Nov. 15. She did not say if Tasha, who lost a previous defamation suit brought by Cardi B, will be sued. “We will take legal action because it is one thing to express your opinion and another to fabricate malicious and salacious stories. We’re going to take legal action because that’s something we can do.” Jada claimed that she was only vaguely aware of the situation in which Brother declined Will’s proposal. Still, the Smiths are “definitely” taking the sexual allegations through legal channels.
“It’s not true. We gon’ take care of it, and that’s that,” Jada said. As for how Will Smith is dealing with the talks, his wife says he knows how to find a joke in every situation, including this one. And if she wasn’t clear enough on TBC, Jada also told TMZ, “We’re suing,” in a street interview.
