“I love to layer setting spray in between different steps,” Melissa told E! News conducted an exclusive interview. “I will do skin, a layer setting spray and then I will do the eyes. After I have done the cheeks I will add another layer [of setting spray]. When I use setting spray and powder, it locks in the makeup. ”
Another way to keep your makeup intact? She said that she always uses a primer on the red carpet and a foundation with a long-lasting finish.
