The “Actual Housewives of Salt Lake City” star finalized divorce from ex-husband Mike Garcia on October 24, according to the US Solar. She was awarded sole legal and physical custody of her daughters Bri, 18, Jaidyn 13, West, 7, Kendall, 6 and Kendall, 6. Mike Garcia has also been ordered by the outlet to pay Monica $2,636 per month as little one support and $4,000 per month as alimony.
Monica also received “unique possession and use” of the Utah home of the previous couple — but she must pay Mike $130,000 as his share of property equity.
Though Mike reportedly lives “in one other state throughout the nation,” he’ll spend Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Yr’s Eve and New Yr’s Day with their brood.
Monica Garcia has been awarded full custody of her children.
